I made an app that plays 5 songs → 25 min podcast → repeat so I don't have to touch my phone all day

You know when you're at work, listening to music, and after an hour you're bored and want something informational? But then you switch to a podcast and it's 2 hours long and you miss the music?**

I work in a warehouse. Bosses everywhere. Can't be on my phone. I wanted something that just RAN — music, then a podcast chapter, then back to music — without me touching it.

So I made BlendCast. Tested on: https://testflight.apple.com/join/Yuat6PWb

**How it works:**

- Pick your music playlists (Apple Music or Spotify — your own stuff)

- Pick which podcast episodes you want

- Set your ratio: I do 5 songs → 25 minutes of podcast → repeat

- Hit play. That's it. The whole day.

It's like having a radio station but with ONLY your music and your podcasts. No algorithms. No "recommended for you." No ads. Just your stuff, your ratio.

BlendCast App

I’m testing an iPhone app called BlendCast. It lets you build a listening session with podcasts and Apple Music breaks, so you can move between spoken audio and music without manually switching apps.

I’m looking for honest feedback from iPhone users who listen to podcasts and use Apple Music. The main things I’m trying to learn:

- Was the setup clear?

- Did the podcast/music break idea feel useful?

- Did playback behave the way you expected?

- What part felt confusing or unnecessary?

I built this, so direct criticism is welcome. I’m trying to make the app clearer before release.
