What is this place? More info in comments

So for context, I took this video in Dec 2023 when I got off on the wrong floor at the Union Bank Place building off O street. I was just reminded of it now after watching The Backrooms movie. I was taking the elevator up, and it stopped on this floor (I think floor 2). When I got out, I couldn't open the elevator again. I walked around and found a staircase that lead up to an area where it sounded like someone was playing the piano. You can briefly see that staircase around the 5 second mark. I couldn't go up the stairs as there was a red velvet rope blocking them. I walked around a little more and found old payphones. I then tried the elevator that was across from the one I got off of and that one worked. I'm sure this is a normal old office building, but I am curious if anyone knows anything about it or what it was / what the piano was.

Piece of ceramic(?) found near the Missouri River in Northeast Nebraska. Is there any way to tell when it might be from or anything details about it from a piece this small?
