Would like your opinions, we this we are 90% with these plans ...
It'll be a hybrid timber frame house with the right half being timber framed and a tongue and groove ceiling. Missing on the plans is a walkout balcony to the rear from the loft and a covered porch on the right side and rear 1/3, also missing is access to garage loft from the one upstairs bedroom, and we are putting the basement access steps along the rear wall not where shown now.
Also thinking of moving garage doors to the gable end not facing forward.
Exterior will be hardie siding or similar please feel free to let us have it on that

Edit and update: should the fireplace be in the original location as seen in the vermont frames OG plans? I should've added their images for comparison to start with...
