Hi, I live in a Mehrfamilienhaus and currently there is sewage water constantly dripping onto the things in my cellar. I have informed the Vermieter about it via phone call and he said will talk to the caretaker.as understandable , I have important things stored there and the floor is completely wet. In this case what should I do going forward? I have taken pictures but have questions about who will compensate for the damages? Should I talk to the Hausmeister or the Vermieter? Any advice is appreciated.

ich möchte still BHs kaufen aber bin ich mir nicht sicher, wo ich gehen soll. Hat jemand eine Empfehlung? Ich würde bevorzugen um es zu erproben. Also habe ich gehört, dass die Brüste auch beim Stillen wachsen. Daher muss ich etwas größerer als reguläre kaufen?

Hi am unsure if I can ask this here, but I bought a black chart paper ( Fotokarten ) from tedi and wanted to draw something on it. My sketch pens aren't visible on it so I am wondering what pens I can use to write on it. An idea of the German term will be helpful. Thanks
