Hi everyone, it's my first time here and i created my account just for this.

So, my account has been hacked by someone who impersonated discord staff and ended up taking over my account, enabling 2FA (I didnt have it enabled) and after a few weeks discord disabled my account because of guidelines. I tried sending tickets regarding this, but it had been four months with no help, and now each time i try sending a ticket, Nelly (the chatbot) replies with the SAME EXACT ANSWER that i should appeal anyhing DIRECTLY THROUGH THE DISCORD APP THAT I CANT ACCESS. It pisses me off so bad. If anyone here knows a staff personally/ has advice/ can help or anything PLEASE let me know. I'm going insane.
