
Morning Lifters
For all of you that lift first thing in the morning, what do you take prior to lifting? I am planning on stacking 45g of maltodextrin and one scoop of an EAA/electrolyte mix to fuel my lifts. Might move on to cluster dextrin, malto is just cheaper.
I have worked out on nothing but pre-workout and creatine up until now. I think I am leaving muscle on the table by not fueling the lifting session. Any thoughts?
I am 5' 8" 157 lbs and am finally going to bulk properly (for at least a year straight)
