I'm sharing a consumer beware blurb about a contractor who has recently taken residence in your great State.

Westley Hunt is a fugitive with a warrant in Ontario Canada and True Structural Construction is the most recent iteration of his construction scam. He has a lengthy record of unresolved debts in Ontario as a consequence of stolen deposits, unfinished work and unpaid wages. His prior companies named Oneway Construction or One Way Structural and Construction have extensive complaints issued against them and you can view Wes' Consumer Beware Listing on an Ontario government webpage. Additionally, if you reverse image search the photos any of these companies use as promotional material you will see they are not original. Do not engage.

Hi everyone, I am a 41 year old carpenter/builder who is totally naive about the building process from an executive perspective. I am looking for books about financing, land procurement, grants or partnerships or anything really that will assist me in my own aspirations for my own custom build. I have consulted AI for recommendations and the offers are scant hence why I'm asking here. I don't need literature on the physical part of or designing of the build however if there is something that includes that information that is fine. I understand there are online resources available, I am requesting books because I just prefer the tactility of books.

Our (currently) 4.5 year old males front tooth appears to be regressing or has stopped developing with the rest of his teeth. He has a normal to very healthy diet and brushes regularly. We don't have any major reason to worry about decay or disease however his breath is sometimes very bad in the morning (normal though, I think) and he does complain of mouth pain more than I think is normal however that typically seems to be a result of cankers and/or biting himself. He sustained one traumatic injury to his mouth at some point in early 2024 (I think) wherein he stumbled in his crib and bonked his teeth on the railing hard enough to draw blood from his upper lip. He does have regular dentist visits but to be honest I do not have a lot of faith in our practitioner as they have made some questionable suggestions or comments on my own dental health. We reside in Canada where we usually have universal dental care however ours recently expired temporarily. Is this something any professionals on here have seen before?

I'd be lying if I said I wasn't blissfully daydreaming my life away in some heavenly nirvana, pretending the horror show that exists before our eyes daily doesn't exist and all there is is a continuum of 9 nights of love and freedom in Thalia Hall for the rest of eternity since those fateful nights have passed us by.

Anyone have any thoughts on today's TPD IG post? Could another string of shows be in the cards?
