I have two PTSD stressors, one for MST and one for PTSD (witnessing a suicide attempt)
Should I add both traumatic events on one form or on two separate forms since they’re different stressors.

Sprained my ankle heard a pop when it happened. At first I was able to walk without pain, but putting pressure walking in any way (heel) is extremely painful. This first photo the foot is elevated and throbbing pain is present no matter how my foot is place. I am able to move toes and slightly move side to side and front and back with the same pain. The second photo shows my feet side to side. My right foot is curved, even if my legs are straight. Should I be concerned? Should I go to the ER? Or just continue the R.I.C.E method?

I'm not entirely sure who the right person to contact is, so I thought I'd ask here. I think I may have a moisture issue in my ceiling. The paint has started bubbling and peeling, and I'm not sure if the moisture is causing the paint damage or if it's something else.
Does anyone know who I should have inspect it? Should I hire a roofing contractor, a home inspector, or is there a company that specializes in moisture intrusion? Since I'm on the top floor, I'd like someone who can inspect the roof and attic to determine where the moisture is coming from. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
I would like to thank the good folks of Reddit for the advice and guidance. I woke up to a combine score of 30%. I will still be hooking and jabbing one claim at a time and continue to get the help I need after waiting 7 years to finally start. I can now go get surgery for this shoulder with the VA's help. More questions to come but for now, just gratitude.
It gets hot in my apartment and I’m constantly running this AC in my living room. It faces away from the books but i don’t if my books have always been like this or if the weather changes and heat is affecting it. I’ll have the blinds open sometimes but will try to close them so that it doesn’t fade the covers.
Should I move where my shelf is at? Will a dehumidifier counter this? Any ideas will be helpful, thank!

I want to get surgery done soon for a SLAP tear. I have a couple questions I wanted to ask
I’m working on submitting a disability claim for SLAP tear and I believe I have substantial amount of evidence for it to be approved. I’m finalizing everything so that I could submit it this week.
I am rated 10% for tinnitus currently
Should I wait until the VA approves my claim before scheduling with the VA/CCP?
Will going through the VA/CCP cover the entirety of the surgery? Co-pay included?
Can I get temporary 100% disability without having a VA disability claim? Or do I need to wait until it is service connected?
What are the best figures for your IDW collection?
Planning on having surgery for a torn labrum/SLAP tear that occurred 10 years ago in while I was in. Still working on collecting evidence before submitting my claim. I believe I can get this claim approved and I would like to know if I should wait for it to be approved before scheduling a surgery date or just go ahead and schedule it. I have insurance to go somewhere outside of the VA as well. I’m currently rated at 10% for tinnitus.
I know that my insurance will the most of it but does the VA cover the out-of-pocket cost?

I’m a 30 year old male that wants to try and see if firefighting could still be an option. I don’t have any prior experience or even an EMT under my belt, just four years in the Marines. Wanted to ask and see what things I could do to try and chase this dream of mine. I know that I’m older now so it’s tougher. Could apply for a fire Academy be a good start? I keep hearing about fire houses accepting people without or with EMT and will send them to paramedic school. Little lost here so anything helps, thanks!
