Does it really matter which HIPAA …compliant communication platform you choose…hm?

Usually Trying to figure out the best way to handle HIPAA-compliant calls, texting, and email for a small practice….
I mean
Looking at options like iPlum, RingCentral, and Dialpad, they all seem to check many of the same boxes. Is there anything that really separates them in practice, or are the differences pretty minor as long as they're HIPAA compliant?

Soo i guess Would love to hear from anyone who's used these platforms in a real healthcare setting. Was there anything that made you choose one over another, or anything you wish you'd known before deciding?
