Ok so i got my room, but do we have to be in the specific room?. One of my roommates wants to switch, An example is that if someone got room 2000A, but they want to be in 2000B. Can you technically switch rooms? Or is it permanent?

Im doing the housing application and im on the last part for parent verification email. For some reason the email wont send even though my parents email is correct. I've been having this problem since last Friday. I already contacted SCADHome but no one got back to me. Is there something wrong with theyre system?
I can't access my student email, I already paided my housing and enrollment fee but for some reason when I try to login to outlook with my username and password it gives me the screen of outlook saying "Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in" and my account doesn't exist. I can into the MySCAD portal and stuff but can't access my email.
