Sanitary Tee vs Wye-45 combo for a cleanout for underground drainage?

I'm installing a 4in pvc underground gutter system with a cleanout midway through the trunk right before a 90 turn (will be using 45s). For the cleanout, should I use a Wye-45 combo or should I use a sanitary-T e?
The YouTube tutorials I've watched say to use a sanitary tee, but AI is saying absolutely not, use a wye-45 combination. The reason AI says is that pine needles will catch and get clogged on the sanitary tee? I put my arm through both and they seemed the same lol.

Dumbass watches a Tiktok and wants me to clean up his mess.

I showed up to quote a major kitchen remodel for a guy who swore the main load-bearing exterior wall was just "aesthetic drywall." I warned him three separate times that pulling it down would drop his roof into the sink, but he scoffed and said he watched a TikTok. I left him a quote and didn't hear anything for a week. Then he calls me saying he accepts the quote.

I get there. The entire ceiling had sagged four inches, and his upstairs toilet was literally leaking straight onto his floors. He was standing there in pristine Carhartt overalls holding a reciprocating saw.

I told him no way in hell was I messing with that mess. I took pics first!

Any reason not to redo the downspout as in yellow? Note the new connection to the rear gutter.

I'm putting in an underground gutter system to carry water away from the house. I'd like to move the downspout to the left side of the brick column and add a connection to the rear gutter.
