Shocked to see this come up, but H&M is closing in Annapolis Mall? It seems that there is no indication that they are relocating as I researched it just says they are closing the location May, 17th. (aka yesterday)
Does anyone know more about this??
Well! It's official, as someone in my previous comment section states that Macerich is in the works of finalizing a deal on the Annapolis Mall. It has came true! Macerich, the same owners behind Tyson's Cornern. Has officially took charge and switched up everything on the website, and leasing directory and has taken full ownership over the property besides the Macy's and former JcPenny site.
What do you think about this? Do you think Macerich will be able to successfully dominate this mall with an impressive lineup, and possibly bring back the Nordstrom or high-end retailers that used to be in the mall?
Could Annapolis mall take over Westfield Montgomery's title of "Maryland's Upscale Shopping Mall Destination"? 😄
Exciting news for collectiable fans including me! PopMart is finally in the works of opening its first full in-line store in Montgomery County, within Westfield Montgomery Mall!
This was announced weeks ago, lol. But I just saw it. I'm excited to see them grow from a machine in the food court into a full on store. Finally we won't have resellers taking up all of the stock in the machine.

I was following closely with Montgomery Mall's redevelopment, and came across a PDF that contained information regarding their proposed Retail-Line up. I'm not sure if this looks real or not, but I am trying to get some sort of confirmation from Mall Management.
Some that are on this document are confirmed to happen, such as Gorjana, and Zara.
I am shocked to see The North Face, Oakley, and Cotton-On on this roster.
Some of these stores on here look totally Unrealistic. For example, Aritzia is on this list, but it was announced in February the deal fell out.
If it's true, I'm happy for them. But it still won't stop me from going to Tyson's Corner 😅😅.
Bethesda's hamburger options are limited. Which do you prefer? Shake Shack, or Five Guys?
I can imagine that if McDonald's had opened a branch in Bethesda, this topic wouldn't even be a thing. But still, 🤐

Westfield and HeyTea already have created plans to come to the Bethesda Mall this fall. I'm absolutely surprised as to how this Tea brand has already made such a big influence to our area, that even the mall has attracted the Tea-brand to it's property.
I have tried HeyTea recently, and the fruit tea aren't the best. It left me feeling completely miserable. But I do wish it the best for them with others
What do you guys think of this expansion? Is it too early for them to expand this fast throughout the MOCO Area?
