Hey everyone,

I’m looking to buy a new snowboard and take advantage of end-of-season deals.

My riding style is mostly resort cruising with a strong focus on carving, plus some occasional off-piste.

I came across:

I’m particularly interested in boards with 3D base technology (like 3BT-style shapes). It looks like it could help with smoother edge transitions, better float in soft snow, and reduced edge catch.

Would love to hear real feedback if anyone has ridden these boards:

How do they perform in carving and higher speeds? Are they actually worth it or mostly marketing?

Also open to other recommendations in the same category — stable resort board, good edge hold, and still fun in mixed conditions.

Cal kit:N911 (male standards)

Hi,

I’m doing SOL calibration on a VNA 300MHz-7 GHz (the cal is on the vna's port itself) and getting weird results on the short standard.

Instead of a flat/clean response, the S11 phase of the short drifts almost linearly with frequency (about 180° down to ~-45°).

Checked calibration kit params (open/short model, capacitance terms) and basic setup—still seeing this.

Anyone seen this before?
