2002 Skoda Octavia MK1 1.9 TDI ALH 66kW – Weak boost when cold, delayed boost when warm

Hi everyone,
I have a 2002 Skoda Octavia MK1 with the 1.9 TDI ALH engine (66 kW). Recently I replaced all the old cracked rubber vacuum hoses with silicone ones because they were brittle and one already had a hole. I replaced them one by one very carefully, no lines were mixed up.
Background: The reason I changed them is that the car previously went into limp mode due to the broken hoses. My dad temporarily put back one critical line (I think the Y-splitter that goes to the N239 ASV or the check valve) and the car pulled extremely strong again.
A while ago I also noticed the car started acting weird after a pull

(Turbo is very fresh only one year old, and ive been taking care or the car, almost always driving 55km not short distances)

Current problems:

  1. Boost issue
    • Cold engine: Almost no boost at all until ~2100 RPM. On OBD I see only -0.07 to -0.03 bar.
    • As the engine warms up, boost gets better but still delayed.
    • When fully warm:
    • Light throttle → some base boost from ~1600 RPM
    • Floored → real boost only comes after ~2400 RPM
    • After 3000 RPM it finally reaches 1.00 – 1.15 bar
    • Vacuum reading: around -0.99 inHg

  2. Jerking / shaking I also replaced the lower dogbone engine mount because it was worn and loose. The car felt great for the first 2 days after the mount change.
Since the vacuum hoses were replaced (about 1 week ago), the car now when i turn it off it shuts off roughly

What we already checked:
• Removed the intercooler pipe on the EGR → inside was golden with minimal gunk, slight smoke came out, and it was dripping a tiny bit of oil.
• Unplugged MAF → almost no difference in behaviour.
• Cleaned the MAF sensor with petrol → no real improvement.
• Tested the ASV (N239) → it sucks in about 1 cm when I turn odf the engine, and AI said it should stay like that for a good 3seconds it just stays like that for 1maybe nit even that much

For now i will be cleaning the EGR with cleaner eith my dad and the intercooler, dad said maybe it collected some oil too

What should i check out? or anyone has an idead whats happening
