Do blue post said ritual sites as 5 tier will 100% drop Ascendant Voidshard?

3 tier very low drop? 4 Tier is a bit more rescue drop?

I had unlocked them all 3 dragonflight raids ago, 3 weeks and 3 times run as mythic mode.

When I try run alt in raid after quest completed. NPC or door dont let me skip.
I check googled, said it’s not Warband…
Why?

Every old raids with skips had account-wide. But said it’s bugged DF quest skip?

I try get last heroic for feet and I could get unlock achievement "Hero of the Dawn" as all slot 276ilvl. And rescue for alt crests farm.

I looked feet craft with 5 rank with 80 hero crest . It said only 272ilvl... Cant be 276ilvl?

If I get 272ilvl crafted and I cant get unlock this achievement, right?

Or I must go grind Delve T11 and get luck random end vendor sell feet with hero?

My main almost max upgrade all heroic gears. Can I solo it?

Also, do they have give quest for skip bosses?
