Have an exhaust leak behind the slip joint on by Bandit 600. I presume it has rusted away. Can this be fixed or am I better off getting a new exhaust system?

Hi guys, I need some help with a heat pump issue that I think I’m experiencing. So we’re in a new build house since January and the heat pump has worked fine up until a scheduled power cut earlier in the week. Since then it’s been behaving what I think is oddly. It’s still heating the hot water fine when it reaches the minimum temperature and it will heat up the full tank and obviously it’s summertime now so there’s no demand for radiators to be on but if I do increased the desired room temperatures to get the radiators to come on both upstairs and downstairs they do heat up fine. The issue is that the indoor and outdoor unit is running every so often even when there’s no radiator demand or hot water demand. I’ve circled the flow temperature in the picture and whenever this temperature gets under 45° the outdoor and indoor units will kick in and will heat up very quickly within a few minutes to over 60°. It’s not going to the hot water tank or the radiators I think it’s just heating a small internal circuit but it’s doing this every couple of hours. Any ideas what might be causing this? I’ve turned off cycle one while this is ongoing and that has stopped happening but if I was to reenable cycle one it just does the same thing again!
