Ima still drink it cus it’s hot but wtf
Hello, my mid 40s dad has always had consistently terrible labs when it comes to his heart health. This latest panel is the worst he has ever had. His provider just shrugs and tells him to “make better dietary choices” without much more detail. He is not overtly overweight and lives a very active life style. He does drink fairly regularly but I wouldn’t say more than the average person. Should he schedule with a diffract primary care doctor? Or just “wait till it becomes more significant” (those were the providers words). Thank you.
So out of shape (not fat) wtf
Here goes nothing!
Bilateral on both sides of my face. Never have had severe acne (had a moderate amount of pimples when I was 12-16 years old). I thought it was PIH but I’ve realized they actually do change regarding the location on my face and are never itchy (THEY JUST NEVER GO AWAY)
I’ve tried Azealeic acid (prescription strength) for about half a year with no change (just increased dryness). I’ve since stopped using it.
I have severe dry skin and live in a dry place.
Current daily routine:
VaniCream Gentle Facial Cleanser
PanOxyl Acne Foaming Wash (about 3 times a week)
Clean It Zero Original (only when wearing make up)
Neutrogena Hydroboost Water Cream
Clindamycin 1% lotion (prescribed by doctor)
Supergoop! Unseen Sunscreen SPF 50
