Getting sued by midland the “lowest”
They said they’ll do is 1500. What should be my next step

Everything was working fine yesterday and I turned on the AC and the power went out. Went to turn off and on the breakers of the garage it’s connected to and then white smoke came out of the area where the rv breakers are at (under the fridge) and everything was off again so I rebooted the breakers from the garage again and turned off the breakers inside the RV. It’s fine when all the breakers are on but the moment I turn on the general purpose breaker the power goes out again. The actual breaker is fine because it tried switching breakers with another thing and it worked but wherever I put the general purpose wire it trips. Any idea what it can be? TIA
