I don’t hate my face or anything, I actually think I am quite attractive, I just would like to fix my nose a bit, and rhinoplasty seems like the way. What would a surgeon do to my nose to even make it look better?

I want to buy a hamster that is treated well and happy. But I am also on a budget and willing to diy things ( bin cage etc ). I have $100 set aside for the hamster so far. I am aware that is a low amount but is there anyway I can make that work with $100 ( not including the monthly costs)
