how to increase pushups?

for context, i am a woman that has played basketball for 11 years. i lift pretty frequently (3-4x a week) and do a nice amount of cardio, but for some reason i can’t do more than 1 or 2 regular pushups. i can do about 10 or more knee pushups, but my arms get fatigued after. i badly want to build up my body to be able to knock out like 20+ but i dont know exactly where to start to actually see a difference. i have dumbbells, barbell, and a pull up bar at home (i cant do regular pull ups either smh)

any help or tips are greatly appreciated!!

upgrade from ventura to tahoe??

i know ventura is very outdated, but i have a 2020 M1 macbook air and i’m not sure if it can handle Tahoe 26.5.1. it’s giving me the option to update to ventura 13.7.8 which i’ll do of course because it’s be better than what i have now (ventura 13.3), but i hear some people say update to sequoia instead of tahoe. that’s not an option for me though as of right now. any help? should i just go to tahoe or try to figure out how to update to sequoia
