Long time lurker, first time poster. Offering free marketing help to 2 struggling business owners.

I'm a marketing consultant and see a lot of business owners who are grinding hard but stuck on the marketing side: Sales down, footfall down, no idea why the phone isn't ringing, trouble with the cash flow etc...

So here's the offer: I'll work with two business owners, for free, on real marketing. Doesn't matter what kind of business you run. Cafe, handyman, gardening, manufacturing, whatever. This is not a "let me build you a website or do a SEO audit" post. I can do that too, but that's not what this is.

This is actual strategy. What's not working, why and what to do about it. The stuff that moves the needle.

If that's you, drop a comment or DM me. First two businesses who seem like a genuine fit, I'll take them on.

Mudras for Sri Vidya Sadhana

Mudras don't get talked about as much as breathwork or asanas, but they're honestly one of the most underrated tools in any regular sadhana. These simple hand gestures work directly with the subtle energy (prana) in the body, and even a few minutes of practice can shift your state pretty noticeably.

Some benefits people notice with consistent mudra practice:

  • Helps calm the mind and improve focus during meditation
  • Deepens the meditative state without needing any extra time or equipment

If you want to go deeper into the different types of mudras and how/when to use each one watch the video here

Guru Gita: Wisdom for Guru Purnima

Today felt like the right day to talk about the Guru Gita. It's a sacred text traditionally attributed to a dialogue between Shiva and Parvati. It centers entirely on the significance of the Guru.

A few reasons people chant or study it:

  • Inner clarity. It's said to help quiet mental noise and sharpen focus during meditation.
  • Gratitude practice. It's less about worshipping a person. It's more about honoring the principle of guidance itself. That could be a teacher or a mentor or your own inner wisdom.
  • Removing ego blocks. Many describe it as humbling in a good way. It helps soften stubbornness and resistance to growth.
  • Energetic shift. Regular reciters often say it brings a sense of steadiness and peace. This is especially true when chanted with intention.

Whether or not you follow a specific spiritual path there's something powerful about pausing once a year to honor whoever or whatever has guided you forward.

 Happy Guru Purnima 🌕

For more details on its meaning and benefits and how to chant it properly check out the video linked below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tn-c23RlCao

Shani Jayanti Special: The Power of Shani Stotra Sadhana & Why This Day Changes Everything

Today is Shani Jayanti, and if there's one sadhana you should commit to this year, it's the Shani Stotra.

For those unfamiliar Shani Dev is one of the most powerful and misunderstood deities in Hindu mythology and Vedic astrology. He's the son of Surya (the Sun God) and Chaya, and he serves as the ultimate dispenser of justice, karma, and discipline. He doesn't punish out of cruelty  he holds up a mirror to our own actions, from this life and past lives.

So what should you do on this auspicious day?

This is the single most powerful day to begin or intensify your Shani Stotra Sadhana. The practice is simple but deeply transformative:

·         Recite the Shani Stotra three times daily, especially on Saturdays

·         Visit a Shani temple if possible

·         Observe a fast dedicated to Shani Dev

·         Reflect on your karma, where can you do better?

Watch the full video for complete details on how to perform the sadhana correctly!

All sadhanas and spiritual practices mentioned here should be performed under the guidance of a qualified Guru. A Guru's guidance ensures the practice is done correctly and safely according to your individual spiritual needs.

Since i see a lot of posts about gurus, I have a general question about gurus.

If someone learns from a guru, can they eventually become a guru themselves once they reach a certain level of understanding or mastery?

Or does it require the original guru (or some authority) to formally recognize or “install” them as a guru?

Curious how this typically works.

Also what is guru pad and how is that different(if so) from becoming a guru...
