I have three negative antibody mg tests, one weak positive musk with cba, one negative sfemg and one negative rns.
I took one single dose of mestinon 10 mg because I had swallowing issues and wanted to see if will get better, but it all got worse, I got worse throat weakness, neck cramps, sweating, stomach and leg cramps, fatigue …It’s been 20 days since that one single dose of mestinon and the weakness hasn’t gone away. Is it possible to be permanent? I am really scared

Can anyone share his experience with Akineton/biperiden? Side effects? How it feels when taking it and how when stop taking it? Is it worth taking it?

One month after stopping olanzapine 10 mg I had swallowing issues i couldn’t even swallow my saliva, then i started again at 5 mg and it got better. But again I have to wait some seconds to think how to swallow for me to swallow. It’s very scary
Doc told me that it happened because i stopped too quickly.
Any of you had the same?

What are the side effects of Akineton if taking it with olanzapine?
I am having swallowing issues and doc prescribed it but I am afraid to take it

If someone was on 10 mg olanzapine poison for one year, how long should be on 5 mg and then on 2.5 mg to stop completely without withdrawal?
Is olanzapine 5 mg a lot? How about dopamine receptors occupancy? does the brain heal after?

Has anyone taken akineton for swallow difficulty from antipsychotics? Does it help?
