Feet pain
So when I wrestle more than twice a week I start getting pain on muscle below my feet. I wanna be able to get to a point where I can wrestle 4-5 week no feet pain. The coach told me to spam single leg calf raises and seated calf raise in the gym and use ball to massage feet. Is that legit? Or any other advice for it. For context I (20m) walk around at 100kg, but compete at 91kg (have done few freestyle matches so far); also currently do 4 sessions at mma gym, like bjj or mma; 2 full body weights day, 3 running days. I know I can rest and what not but I don’t give af, I am addicted to training.
