Wii U stuck on preparing for an hour now

so I tried launching Splatoon today (it is stored on my HDD) and it has been stuck on "preparing" for an hour now and the hardrive is blinking a lot like it's writing/reading I think

and idk what to do I am scared if I would lose all my save data if I force shut it down and the hardrive would corrupt or something so is there anything I can do about this? and what caused it?

Is Wii Sports Club a rare game?

I was watching a Scott's stash video and I noticed him saying that Wii Sports Club is "kinda hard to find" and I thought to myself that if I could sell my very good condition Wii Sports Club disk with the booklet too

so maybe just maybe I could sell the game cuz I literally have it in my drawer of shame where all the stuff I genuinely won't use is stored there

and if I sold it how much should I sell it for ?
