Am I blacklisted?

Without going into too much detail:

certain medtech company had previously interviewed me for an ASR role, got past the screening, and had a record-breaking short interview with a half-awake uninterested RM.. shockingly didn't get called back for a 3rd interview.

Okay, whatever, nbd. Fast forward a few months, applied for a role in another division with the same company, get called for a screening for that role, recruiter remembers me from our previous interaction, have a brief "catch up" and then a couple days later get brick walled before even speaking with the RM.
Mind you, I've had nothing but pleasant interactions with everyone at the company both during and outside of the recruiting/hiring process.

Now, for yet ANOTHER division I have a screening scheduled, however this time the recruiter isn't the same person.

I'm feeling fairly sure based on a few things recruiter#1 said in passing during our most recent conversation that RM#1 may not have seen a lot of potential in me, which likely influenced them in stopping my interview process at the screening stage for application#2.

I'm now wondering if this is going to be a company-wide process wherein recruiter#2 will reach out to recruiter#1 who will give feedback from interview #1 for application #3???

Essentially I'm trying to understand if I got blacklisted at this company now? And if not, how do I go about this in order to avoid biases from previous interviewers in different divisions influencing this next one?

how in tf are you guys getting so many offers?

Is this the 80/20 rule in play, 20% of the candidates are getting 80% of the offers? I'm reading here all the time about current reps juggling multiple offers deciding which route to take, meanwhile I'd donate my firstborn to take a 50% pay cut and be the OR slave just for an ASR role.

I know the entire economy is a dumpster fire rn, layoffs in the thousands monthly in tech, and everyone is nonstop bitching all over reddit about how hard it is getting any job let alone someone transitioning industries, but is it a bubble within medtech that having previous or current experience increases your odds of getting considered magnitudes more than an outsider? I've been getting interviews for what I feel are higher than average rate for someone in my particular position, but I'm just not sure what my problem is since I'm not being invited back for 3rd or 4th round interviews. Maybe I'm just ugly, idk. But this trend for me personally seems to be exclusive within the medtech space.

To those trying to break in, both from b2b & clinical side did you have a similar experience?

To those of you already in, am I just coping?

LinkedIn AI Interview?

I've done a few HireVue screenings before, but this is the first time I've ever been directed towards an in-app LinkedIn AI screening? Apparently video is "optional"

does anyone have any experience with this? Any recommendations?

Shortest interview of my entire life

Genuinely flabbergasted. From start to finish in 9 minutes flat, of which two minutes were essentially me asking questions at the end trying to close and get a commitment to a follow up interview.
Role is ENTRY level.
Company will remain unnamed, but let’s just say I wasn’t a D1 athlete in college.
I’ve had longer cold phone calls from recruiters let alone this; which was technically a second interview. I’m new to med devices, but I’ve got over a decade of sales experience. In all the interviews I’ve been doing the past 2 months, I’ve never had an experience even close to this.
Took it on the chin, sent my follow ups to both the HM and the recruiter.
On a scale of 0 to not happening; how likely am I to ever hear back for this role?

haven't heard a peep from my recruiter in 2 weeks

Had a virtual interview with Recruiter, SMB account exec. felt like it went very well; position hasn't changed at all, still showing "under review" on my charter icims.

coincidentally the exact position was hosting virtual interviews on indeed with the manager a few days ago, and I had scheduled myself in that. Had that interview also, felt like that went well too, but nothing. haven't heard not a word from anyone.

I'm a previous employee (retail sales rep) and from what I remember the process was MUCH faster there, though completely different territory, different management, and it was during covid..

how likely is it that I've been passed up for the position and they just haven't bothered updating the portal?

Are out of state candidates not taken seriously?

For reference, healthcare educational background with almost 10 years of B2B Sales experience, not particularly keeping track of how many applications I'm submitting but I'm going thru the traditional process of applying, then trying to network on linkedin within that company. Not an ex NFL linebacker or cheerleader so I'm not having a ton of traction here but I'm wondering if that's maybe because I'm applying to out of state positions?

I'm currently based in Los Angeles and while I'm applying to many of the associate/sales positions opening up here I'm also targeting as many ASR positions out of state as well. I've heard that out of state candidates don't get taken seriously as companies want to avoid paying for relocation, but frankly I don't mind footing the bill myself. Been working commission for almost 10 years, never really expected a company to go out of their way financially for me in the first place. As much as working within healthcare sales has been a dream of mine for a few years now, the clock is ticking and a few non-medical device companies I've interviewed for have already given me offers for positions but I'm hesitant as I still want to pursue this as a lifelong venture.

Any and all criticism and advice would be greatly appreciated.

Interview Process Confusion?

Previous rep here (retail), applied for a position in SMB sales a couple years after leaving. initially had applied to two positions, one field and one SMB. SMB got shortlisted apparently and I had an interview with a recruiter that I felt went great. Maybe a couple days after that I applied for Mid level, but within two or three days of that the mid level position got updated on my career portal to showing 'no longer considered '

okay cool no biggie, but its been about a week since I last spoke with the recruiter who told me they'd reach out to the local team for an interview with them as well, and I haven't heard anything back from her since. It's still showing as "In progress" on my portal so I'm being hopeful that I'm still in the running for the position, especially considering how quickly I was ruled out for mid level.

anyone have a similar experience? how long is the usual wait time between talking with the recruiter vs speaking with hiring manager? also I have no access or way to reach out to the recruiter myself; all emails came through noreply@______.com

-1 RS Ranked match 4th place 4th seed with a missing teammate the entire game.

What happened to missing teammate compensation? How do I place in my estimated seed with a missing teammate the entire game (solo queued) and go NEGATIVE 1 Rs?
