my bf doesn’t support me in finding new friends

I recently got out of a bit friend group I had for a long time and that’s honestly left me feeling lonely as a girl who’s always had friends and deeply valued my connection with people

throughout our relationship I’ve started losing more n more friends, some lasted years. It doesn’t necessarily have anything to do with him but it just lessened my circle even more

I’ve moved on from the pain of the friendship breakup already but throughout this Ive only been talking to my boyfriend and hanging out with him and Ive grown to be way more dependent on him for my social needs and I don’t like it because I know what this entails

I was trying really hard to avoid the negative sides of it but it’s inevitable, I get annoyed now when he doesn’t get to reply quick, is too busy with his studies, and can’t come over to hang out anymore

I’ve opened up to him about this and he keeps saying that there’s nothing wrong with being dependent on him and finding friends somewhere else isn’t going to help because I’d just be finding dependence elsewhere

But I kept on telling him that it’s toxic that Im literally starting to build resentment towards his inability to spend time with me and he’d say it’s something I need to fix within myself

And it’s not that I don’t have a life and is totally isolated since im still in college and have a part time that has a regular meeting sched but I still seek it to have that balance again where I have more than one person to depend on n its not even for anything emotionally related even just to have fun chitchat play games

Hi everyone, I just wanted to seek advice on how to navigate this situation. Just a month ago I’ve started working as a graphic designer and it’s been so difficult. The pay is good and the work hours is great, it’s lax no time trackers and it’s day shift. It’s why I really value this as it’s also my first dedicated job in this niche since I’ve pivoted from being in the art industry. (In a lot of the studio and contract works I’ve been given graphic design tasks too but technically my role is different so this one’s my first graphic design title)

I’ve grown to be so anxious everyday as everything I make always has flaws. I have a knack in good designs but there’s so many small tiny details that are crucial when printed out that I’d miss. It’s been so demoralizing submitting things everyday and always receiving criticisms. “Wrong.” And even when I thought I did things right this time my boss freaked out about so many things and asked to have the file, only to send it back with the same colors design n just fixed the layout. Over the weeks I feel like I’ve significantly grown a lot and have been minimizing a lot of the mistakes and I’d like to think that I’m a fast learner and I produce things fast, no important tasks ever go over due.

I’m still extremely grateful for my boss as I’d grown a lot because of her, my problem is just how to develop thicker skin and be less affected by this. It’s like so easy not to take it personally but everytime it makes me feel more and more stupid and it’s been nerve wracking n anxiety inducing.

Do you guys have any tips in overcoming this? How did you guys grow to be tougher? This isn’t my first work experience at all as I’ve been working as a freelancer and contractor for years already.
