KNURLIES vs ALM Case Screws

I wanted to get some Knurlies from perfect circuit, but they are currently out of stock. The only other option they had were the ALM screws

haven't used these before - do people like them or is it truly a matter of you say tomato and i say tom-ay-toe?

i know they do exactly the same job ultimately, but they do look quite a bit different based on the perfect circuit webpage photos

Hardware emulation of a SATURATA generative VCV Rack patch.

Thursday morning

Hardware emulation of a SATURATA generative VCV Rack patch.

Clock & Rhythm:

An Instruō Tàgh (S&H) acts as the master clock, driving a 4MS QCD. The QCD sends different clock divisions to three separate Octone sequencers, creating an asynchronous rhythmic foundation.

CV Generation & Quantization:

The CV outputs from all three Octones are summed and blended using a Motion MTR. This combined generative voltage is routed into the global V/Oct input of the Harmonaig for scale quantization and chord generation.

Audio Path:

The polyphonic CV outputs from the Harmonaig drive an Instruō Troika oscillator. The audio is then split into two distinct filters—the Trāigh and the i-O47—before hitting a Vincâ VCA.

Modulation & Envelopes:

An ochd LFO provides subtle FM modulation to the Troika, while the sequencer gates trigger a Ceis envelope generator to shape the Vincâ VCA's volume dynamics.

Reverb: Desmodus Versio

Delay: Samarkanda

Stereo filter as basic EQ

Does anyone use a stereo filter as a basic end of chain EQ (after the mixer output and before the interface input)? Something like the dual dagger maybe...?

Are there any disadvantages to doing this?

Are there any other recommendations in 6HP or less?

ALA bartender vs Bored Brain Xcelon

ALA bartender vs Bored Brain Xcelon

Apart from the obvious price differences, are there any benefits/drawbacks from choosing one over the other?

All thoughts/advice greatly accepted
