Imma run a quick one-shot and I wanted to know if there was any dice integrations for V5 or any way to ease rolling for it

I've been having issues with all my games running next to slow, my laptop is not really that good for gaming, but most games run on low settings at lest 60fps, but a week or two ago, they started to run like compleat shit, maxing out at 10ish fps, is not only steam games, some other games I have on heroic form GOG won't work either.

As far as I can tell, I haven't done any changes other than system updates, can someone help me troubleshoot it?

Edit: Fixed it, I was 10 kernel versions behind

I'm having some issues recently with Warhammer 40k: Darktide, it used to run well, very smoothly using just Proton GE, but for some reason it started crashing a lot and running at 5fps, just last week it ran perfect and I haven't changed anything

I'm using pop_os, an RTX 2050 4gb VRAM (laptop) and have 18gb RAM, just in case

I might just add, I'm not really tech-savvy, so any explanation on how to fix most be on very baby terms plz
