I haven't seen the guys live since a festival waaaayyyyy too long ago, and it was so special being right at the front in an intimate venue. One of the best shows I've ever been to ❤️🤘

So this weekend just gone has been a really hot one here (live in Denmark for context), and on Sunday I became really unwell, overheated, dizzy, threw up a few times etc.
My sister pointed out that my meds might have increased the likelihood of getting heatstroke/exhaustion, is this right? I knew of the impact SSRIs can have during the heat, but never thought of ADHD medication doing this too.
How do those of you cope with the heat whilst taking meds? I'm so afraid of this happening again 😞
