My 40% discount is on my Nando’s app and if I give my login to the app on my brothers phone and they order food is that fine or will there be consequences

Hi guys I recently switched to YouFibre in April
And it was great for a week and now constantly on and off the service works really good then just stops and drops out of hours or sometimes days on end and then fixes again for a period then drops out, I’ve had 3 engineers over and called them countless times and they have done nothing and I’ve got no internet right now

Ive called them multiple times and stated that I believe it must have been installed wrong because we’ve tried everything such as getting the router replaced by them as they thought they send me a faulty one at the start and we have 3 meshes all over the house but still the internet does not work and keeps dropping out, I’m seriously considering cancelling my direct debit because their customer service is also horrible and they just beat around the bush when I try to ask for help

Can someone please give me some advice?
