Trying to date a dress

Hello everyone!
I’m not new to thrifting, but I am new to vintage! I found this beautiful dress in a second hand shop and I’m trying to date it, but I can’t find any information on it. I was only able to figure out the brand was German (I think), but can’t tell anything from the labels. I looked up the RN number on a calculator which said the estimated age was 1977, but I’m not sure if I trust that….
So I’m leaving it to the people who know more than me :D either way, I love this dress and I’m definitely gonna be wearing it!

Opening mods in neoforge

Hello, I’m new to mods and im trying to download a mod pack (exosphere 2) ive got neoforge installed and ive got it in my mods folder, but its not showing up when i try to play. I think its because its a zip file, but im not sure. Could anyone help with this please? (Im a noob, so please talk to me like im a kid :D)
