emerald green for my nature trip this weekend!

stayed out at a friend’s house in the countryside this weekend so figured i needed some green to match the nature! green is my favorite color and i was really sad that i wasn’t able to get my hands on mooncat’s weeping willow before it sold out, but this is a great alternative!! (maybe not quite as deep or sparkly, but i got it on amazon in a 6 pack of magnetic lacquer for $11.99 haha - https://a.co/d/00MrMHKt)

products:
1 coat sally hansen hard as nails
1 coat seche vite crystal clear base coat
2 coats morovan #F998
1 coat seche vite dry fast top coat

which show should i go to?!

hey yall! need some advice (or just to talk things through for the sake of my own processing)!

so i bought a ticket to see boston manor a few months ago. i love them, they’re probably in my top 10 bands. i’m in college, and unfortunately i’ll have to miss class to get there since it’s on a weekday and i don’t have a car. i’ve managed to plan to only miss ONE class by taking a combination of crazily timed buses and trains. a friend who lives in the midwest who i haven’t seen in ages might join me, but unconfirmed.

now, waterparks just announced a tour today. waterparks happens to be my most favorite band in the entire universe since 2022. i adore them, i know their entire discography by heart, i’ve been in the top 0.1% of their listeners for the past 3 years, and i have never, NEVER missed one of their shows. this tour is also only at small venues for the first time in 10 years, which is unheard of.

the closest show to me on the waterparks tour is on the same weekday as the boston manor show, so i’d have to miss the same class for this one that i’m already planning on missing. it’s a once a week class, so missing even one is pretty detrimental, and any more than one is REALLY pushing it and will probably have a negative impact on my grade. call me a nerd all you want, but i would love not to mess up my gpa so i am only letting myself miss one class. also, my best friend said he’d be really sad if i saw waterparks without him since we grew really close listening to them.

my question is: should i cancel the show i already have planned and potentially ditch my midwest friend to go to see my favorite band alone? i doubt i’d be able to resell my bm ticket, so it’d be a waste of like 80 bucks for the ticket and my train and bus tickets i’ve already bought, but i’ll be devastated if i can’t see waterparks. idk what to do!

band search!

hey everyone, i've been a die-hard metalcore fan forever but i haven't really dived into hardcore as much as i should. i love old turnstile, speed, locked shut, and drain - can yall recommend me other bands to listen to? i don't care about the size or popularity of the band, just shoot me some groups that you think are sick! thanks!!
