I screwed a small loop on top and he’s hanging from my rear view mirror in my truck.

I made this out of walnut, epoxy, and dichroic glass.

Just a fun little project for my wife. It’s off to her for epoxy and glass.

Well it is the season. I’ve done pumpkins in previous years without a face. This will be my design moving forward. Off to epoxy next.

I’m always torn when I make these maple leaves out of walnut. I just love using walnut with these light catchers.

I don’t have a lot of experience making boxes, but this was an important build. We did an epoxy face and used some battery operated small candles to highlight the swirls in the epoxy. The small jig I purchased for the barrel hinge placement (shown in a picture) worked perfectly. We also used magnets for the lid rather than a locking top. I’m very happy with the end result, and I think my brother would be as well.
