Now they want US to send recognitions?
GTFOH. Management needs to do the recognizing, not us.

Recently, I was told all stores in my district are no longer accepting the coupons from reputable brands marked FREE because of fraud. Has anyone else heard about this?
Today, it was me 2 leads and SL in the store. The SL called the 2 leads into his office to have a meeting and left me alone on the floor for about 20 minutes.
Does this violate company policy? Isn't at least one manager be present on the floor at all times?
If you read my previous post about a co-worker trying to bully me, I'm here to provide an update.
While I'm not going to repeat my SL's asinine response, I can tell you for a fact he doesn't care. He's not going to follow corporate's Code of Ethics, he's not going to report it to the DL, he's not going to do anything.
So I'm going to contact HR and make some vague inquiries about policy. I'm in the middle of setting up my own business and I'm going to bide my time until the end of the year. During that time, I'm going to document all the policies he violates (and trust me, there are MANY), and as soon as I leave, I'm reporting him.
When I first transferred to this location, I ignored my co-worker's complaints about this SL. I should have listened.
And before anyone asks, I'm waiting to report him because I need the money earned from this job to help start the business. Plus, I don't want to be anywhere near that shitstorm when it rains down on him.
Every day, I get more and more instructions about what has to be done at the register...puppy guides, activations, conversions, donations, autoshipping, greeting customers like they're walking into Moe's (IYKYK). Barking (pun intended) orders at us like they're fucking Gestapo.
When I was hired years ago, I was hired to be customer service-oriented. Establishing rapport with customers. Signing people up. Pet Perks. Chance and Lucky donations during the holidays. That was it.
Long gone are those days. I miss having a manager who gives a shit about employees over how many customers are pre-enrolled for auto-shipping.
Random question:
What does an assistant store manager typically make on average?
I wanted to punch my mother so hard tonight.
While I was making dinner, she asked "Is it Pet Smart? Or Pets Mart?"
Imagine someone shooting laser beams from their eyes. That was me.
I showed her *that* video. She may have peed a little, lol.
I had a negative experience with a co-worker the other day and I'm seriously considering reporting them to my SL.
If y'all can help with contacts, phone numbers, emails, etc. for HR or anyone else at the corporate level I should report this to should this not go against me and I end up fired, I would very grateful.
Thanks!
I have a co-worker whom I like, but she complains non-stop.
My shift was about to end but I was helpng a co-worker get the line down at the register as the person who she was supposed to work with was a no-call no-show.
Five minutes into her shift, and this co-worker is already complaining - "I'm gonna quit if someone doesn't help me!" "I'm tired and I want to go home!", etc
Not only is this inappropriate to do this in front of customers (not the first time) but it's exhausting listening to her complain all the time.
Not only does she complain, but she's always late. Every time. Two years into using the new system on the register, she's still extremely slow. I can get through 5 customers while she's still on her first. She's on disability so I don't think they can fire her but MAN, something has to change!
I'm at the point where I think I should say something. She's not worth the problem, IMO. Any suggestions on how to approach a manager to discuss it?
