I’m trying to listen to as many artists as I can, but I’ve only just started. It can be any genre. My favorite singers at the moment are Sabrina Carpenter, Olivia Rodrigo, and Avril Lavigne. I’ve also listened to and enjoyed songs from Lana Del Ray, Taylor Swift, Chappell Roan, and randomly, Billy Joel. Any decade, any genre, any instruments, ANYTHING! Thank you !!! :)

Hello friends of Reddit! Before I begin, I want to say that whenever I post about this, everyone assumes I’m a scam. I’m not a bot, the contest is official, look it up. So, to help show that this is very real and important, I will make a whole very explanatory spiel. I entered my two Yorkshire Terrier puppies (Starla; 6 month old female, Astella; 3 month old female) in the Pet Lovers’ Choice Awards ‘Best in State’ contest, specifically in Arizona. The Pet Lovers’ Choice Awards is a new, official contest made by the team behind the Peoples’ Choice Awards. They began their first contest back in late November, consisting of a few pet categories (eg. Cutest Dog/Cat, Ugliest Pet, Senior Sweetheart, and more) and some categories for influencers to compete. It ended in the beginning of April. Now, they have the Best in State contest. In each state, dogs and cats compete with each other for the title as best pet in their state. Now, I know what you’re thinking.. “but why does winning this even matter?” Well, I could give you the plain, boring, obvious reasons; a whole dog & cat awards show for the top 3 winners, trophies, accommodations to LA awards show, etc.. but there is one main reason that we want to at LEAST place top 3; the prize money. And not for selfish reasons. Time for a little sob story. Back in December of 2025, my sweet 2 year old Stella was murdered by veterinary malpractice. We brought her in for a minor concern that she POTENTIALLY could have ingested something toxic to her (possibly a raisin) and they managed to mess up so bad. I won’t go into detail, but they stabbed her in an abdominal artery and she died of internal bleeding on December 21st 2025. After that, we got Starla, then Astella. I believe my girls were sent to me by Stella. Anyways, it’s been hard to try and keep up with legal fees and trying to get justice all while grieving the loss of our baby, so any sort of money would help. Lastly, I want to explain how to vote; you just go to my link, click vote, $0 free vote, enter either a Gmail or Facebook account, and bam! Vote. You can vote every 12 hours, but even just one vote helps a lot. You have the option to pay for multiple votes (and the money proceeds go to the Best Friends Animal Society), but that is completely your choice.
