This is lightly used and stropped on a high grit stone, I have reset the patina. The are some hairline scratches on the blade. The handle is made by Riisgaard and it's out of Teak and I have to say it's really nice and definetely prefer it to the Taihei handles.

You can find all the specs down below in a spread sheet I've made, feel free to ask my any questions or request further photos (for the sayas as well). Some hairlines scratches (from grind or use) can be seen under right lighting conditions in some knives but otherwise all are in an excellent condition nonetheless.

Hitohira Kikuchiyo Ren 240mm Ginsan Gyuto - 280€
I am the second owner of this knife and was very lightly used before me. Very thin hollow grind, not for the most but I enjoyed it. A saya is included.
Lustthal 225MM Custom Kiritsuke Gyuto - 380€
Custom specs on this one, super thin behind the edge. It has a tip issue (from shipping) that I managed to fix as much as possible and to be honest it's not noticeable in a cutting perspective. The etched cladding has been polished with Koyo paste which fixed a "sticking" issue and honestly the knife looks really nice with that (somewhat) mirror cladding that's been revealed underneath. White horn and ebony only this one in the handle.
Nigara 240MM SG2 Kiritsuke Gyuto - 270€
I think these knives are underrated, I like the grind on this one and looks really beautiful with that tsuchime pattern. It has an M engraved and comes with a full ebony handle. A bonus saya can be included.
Yoshimi Kato Minamo 150mm SG2 Petty - 200€
As beautiful as it is I never really tuned with this knife maybe someone else will (or 150mm petties in particular). It has an M engraved on the back and comes with a rosewood handle. A saya is included.
