The other day i went to pick up a relative’s watch from the RSC in Jakarta. The SA saw that i had my explorer 2 on and offered to do an inspection on it while waiting for them to bring out the other watch and i obliged. After the inspection they found that the mainspring and crown had issues where the power reserve was not maximized and the crown was “scratchy”. I noted that it was like that since i bought it from the previous owner.

After that they went to check on their system which they noted that it was serviced back in 2023 and that the warranty on the service was over. Luckily for me they offered a courtesy service for free and quoted they work will be done in 3-4 weeks. Obviously im not going to pass out on a free service so i agreed! What’s even more crazy they finished the service in 5 days and its now running better than ever with a time deviation of only +0.3s per day! So shout out to the RSC in Jakarta! That’s what u call customer service
