My woodpile worked just fine as a fox playground for these 5 siblings that were sporting their new red coats. Mom was just out of frame to the right keeping a close watch.

Paddled to a nice little island and set up my hammock for a chilly Saturday night on the upper Potomac. Was rewarded with clear skies and a full moon setting as dawn was breaking. Please enjoy my photos.
After a good night’s sleep hammock camping on the Upper Potomac I was up before dawn to photograph today’s moonset.
Captured this from my kayak Monday morning on the Upper Potomac. The osprey had the bass and the juvenile bald eagle wanted it. The chase was on!
