My Camera Roll Made Me Happy but Need Help

Today I was looking for a particular photo from 4 years ago and saw myself in some and went oh my god, I really kept telling myself I was ok and healthy.

The right photo is from today, I’ve lost 40lbs low and slow, I’m about 20lb from being where I truly want to be but this gave me perspective.

I was on max dose Sema and was at a plateau so I changed Tirzepatide and I’m still at a plateau. I’m taking 7.5 mg and I’ve been on Tirz for about a month and a half now and no weight has come off despite calorie deficit, injection site change and exercise, which has been really frustrating. if anyone can share how they got through the plateau I would really appreciate the insights.

3.5 y/o only poops overnight in a pull up - Taking pull up away tonight

Our son has done a great job learning how to pee on the potty and has even pooped on the potty when the feeling is urgent enough! His poop schedule seems to have fallen into either middle of the night or early morning, we're not quite sure when it's happening because we're asleep.

Each morning, when we're changing him we tell him that poop belongs in the potty and he said he will do it when he's older. This has been going on for some time now and it's extra challenging because he doesn't have the urge to poop during normal business hours.

We told him today that the diapers are going away and he will sleep in underwear. He is not by any means overnight pee trained, so we have put down many MANY layers of potty pads under his fitted sheet and the waterproof sheet. We are prepared for him to get wet and need a bath in the morning, but wondering if you think this strategy will work??

We have a big ticket prize that we've told him he will get if he poops on the potty, a Toy Story toy. I've thought about getting it and putting it on display for him to see as an incentive but wondering if that's a meltdown waiting to happen??

Could use some guidance, we really want him to be successful
