Randomly not sticking to plate

Randomly not sticking to plate

Hello!

I just got a new printer (Elegoo Mars 5 Ultra 9K) after my old one (Elegoo Mars 4 9K) broke, and I'm having some issue with the prints, or part of the prints, not sticking to the plate. When printing different calibration models I started out with Bottom Exposure of 40 sec, but nothing stuck. Increasing to 50 sec made roughly 50% stick, and at 55 sec I'm up to loosing 1-2 models per plate. I normally have 8 models on the plate at a time.

Does anyone happen to have some input on settings for Sunlu Standard 14K resin on a Mars 5 Ultra 9K? 55 sec bottom exposure seems like a lot!

Print not sticking to parts of the plate

Print no longer sticking to plate Center front and center middle of plate

My Mars 4 9k has suddenly stopped printing on parts of the build plate. More accurately, middle to center front. (See pics)

Its been printing perfectly up until a few days ago, when I saw that some of the print I had going was either failing or hanging completly loose on the from of the build plate. At first I thought it was the new resin I started using (Sunlu Standard 14K Dark Grey), but I had already printed 7-8 plates with ot before the issue occured.
I did however try to print a few "Cones of Calibration". And as you can see in the pics, 2 failed to print completely, while the 3rd thats intact came out with a perfect score. So, its not my settings.

It seems like its actually printing, but nothing sticks to the plate in this area. The rest of the plate seems fine. It might be a coincidence, but I had to updated firmware recently due to a "Erase Flash Block" error.

Edit:
Resin: Sunlu Standard 14k Dark Grey
Chitubox Slicer
Elegoo Mars 4 9K

So I have tried the following:

Cleaned build plate with 99% Isopropylene
Res aligned the X-Y-Z
Checked to see if light source is OK.
Replaced FEP

Anyone have any suggestions, or had the same happen to them?
