What should I do?

I don't know how to deal with this type of things. But first let me say sorry in advance because of my English (I'm not native).
So what's happening right now is that my boyfriend started to have doubts about his looks. Which is weird cuz he always accepted the way he was, and sometimes he even love it. But a few weeks ago, he started to ask me if I still find him attractive. I said yes ofc, because I'm really in love with him, and for me he is the most beautiful person in the world. And maybe thats the problem, maybe he changed something in him that I can't really notice if it makes him less attractive or not.
And sadly it's not just a drama that fades away after a few days. He seems to be really sad about it, it dropped the confidence he used to have, like drastically... I hate seeing him like this, and feel like I'm useless cuz I can't do anything about it. Im so desperate that I'm even considering posting his photo all over Reddit so I can get some feedback from other people, I a way that maybe they can spot something that I'm missing, because I really find my boyfriend attractive, but I'm up to do what it takes. If you recommend doing the photo thing I will ask his permission ofc. Any other advice is appreciate it. Thank you so much for your attention!!
