Considering moving to Windfields Oshawa area for a detached home, how is this area. Are there better areas to consider? Thank you in advance.

We want to drive to Halifax this time from Toronto, so we can bring stuff, we flew in the first time and rented a car. I hear to stop in Quebec City which is fine since we have never been. I really only want to do one overnight place. But I heard the drive for QC to Halifax is a big chore. Open to any suggest or any must see stops? We are visiting family in Halifax so want to get there quick but may as well make the drive worthwhile. Thanks in advance.
Hi I am 55 this year and consider myself in good fitness, I started Pickleball since tennis is too hard on my body now and I also weight train. I play with a lot of seniors who are good players and play everyday but I notice that many are not fit? I am just wondering if this is a good sport to keep with my fitness especially since one play is usually 2 hours a day and can’t do it all lol!! I try to run for all the balls and stay moving on the court. How can one not be fit if they are playing 2 hours a day, 5x a week? I guess there’s not enough resistance training in the game?
Did 4 weeks 0.25 and week 5/6 at 0.5. I find the food noise did stop but I can still eat if I really wanted to. I feel like I have mentally control my portions. Do I still have to intentionally do portion control? And I did use to really crave sweets, I find I still want them not as badly, so is that out of habit or still a slight craving. How disciplined do I have to still be? I wanted it to be easier like just feel full or just not want to eat. I usually always ate healthy, it was my portion sizes and sweets that were my demise.
Hello I am starting out in private practice. Does anyone have a personal recommendation for an Ontario based SEO and Google ads company? Would like to keep my dollars in Canada. Thank you.
