Discussion about S9 Phoenix Balancing
So, Phoenix cannot two shot at any range anymore... Why even play her, when she's the hardest hitscan to aim for headshots with due to her having the smallest bullet of the hitscan DPS? Luna can two tap, Hela can two tap, Cyclops can shoot twice then animation cancel into his Riochette force for a quick kill. Phoenix while also having a powerful ult, used mostly to counter-ult rocket is outpaced by him in ult charge, so he ends up getting to use it before phoenix even gets her ult up? She cannot off angle or play close up to lower drop-off due to having extremely low self heal with 250 HP. What is the point of this character now?
