Watching these last 2 maps shows how far behind swamp really is from TLC and Navi. Daes might get away with this abysmal performance against 100t but that won’t fly against tlc or Navi, he needs to figure out his hero pool asap.
It's very disappointing how unfun Rivals is to watch, especially in the pro scene. Little to no incentives for the casual players to watch and then when they do watch, it's just the most boring meta to watch.
What needs to change?
Can we fire the entire production team and hire real people please?

Not needing to use a ban on it means some 2-3 tricks can actually just get banned out.
They even took extra time between maps and still can’t fix the abysmal frame rate and audio desync on the broadcast. Pause the match at this point
Do you guys think swamp or 100t is taking it home? I think daes hero pool getting exposed could be SUPER bad for swamp. I also still think overall swamp is better. I want 100t to win though as I don’t have faith in swamp even coming close to beating TLC after what just happened. What do you guys think/want for this?
Maybe this is cope, but why couldn't they have just held the YWL vs 100T match as the first match today for AMER? I don't think it was fair at all for YWL to be forced into another match, especially with how boring today's matches will be. We all know SG is beating 100T and then TLC will beat SG. What a boring day.

They're the 2025 World Champions and a partnered team. From what I've seen, almost every partnered team that made playoffs is bootcamping. Partnered teams receive some money from NetEase, so I'd assume at least some of that could go toward funding a bootcamp.

Do VP management just not care about Stage 1? They still finished 2nd behind Navi, but their performance has been well below the standard people expect from them.
Maybe VP management know their roster isn't it anymore and they will blow up their roster and change half of them so bootcamping is just waste of time.
They should have character reveals like the FGC does during EVO to get more eyes on these tournaments.

I’m not super familiar with sports in general but I’ve gotten really into Ignite. But I don’t really understand tournament structures.
Navi already beat VP and RAD so why do they have to fight them best of 7? Is it just for the second chance for VP/RAD? Why do they even get a second chance?
