I cancelled my internert service and was charged for the full month. My roommate opened his own account and started a new service but is also charged for the remaining of that month. The same address is charged twice last month. This doesn't make any sense at all.
When I signed up for Xfinity Internet, I was told my mobile line was supposed to be included with my internet plan.
However, I recently noticed multiple unexpected Xfinity Mobile charges of $40 per month on my account. I do not recall receiving any clear email, text, or notification that this mobile line would start being billed separately.
I need help from an official Xfinity representative to review my account, explain why these charges were added, remove the ongoing charge, and issue a refund or credit for the unexpected mobile charges.
