Reformer pilates that won't cost a fortune?

Hi everyone,

I am looking to join a pilates class, ideally reformer. Does anyone know of any places that won't cost a lot per session? Ideally I am looking to do it once a week, in combination with weightlifiting.

Gals Living in York

I have just moved to York, would love to meet some gals in their mid 20's' early 30's who live in the area!

I love going to the gym, hiking, dance, sports, trying new food places, shopping and attending events.

If anyone is in the same boat, lets start a conversation! 😁

Best ways to meet new people in York?

Hi everyone,

I am moving to York this week, very excited! Looking to meet new people. I have joined the York Facebook groups so have chatted to a few people on there.

Are there any groups that I am missing out on or any events?

I am up for sports, pub quizzes, board games, arts and crafts, book clubs.

Any suggestions, please let me know! I'm 29, F

How to not be an over thinker in relationships?

I have suffered with this since my first ever relationship. I always over think everything and it really bothers me. Any tips would be appreciated.

Best places to live in York?

I am looking to live in York soon and want to be near the town centre for my job. I've been looking on Spareroom for a range of options but what areas should I be avoiding and what areas are really nice?

Thanks in advance!

Lifting weights at the gym. Why am I hungry 24/7?

I have been doing weight lifting on and off for like 8 years. I had a 3 month break due to personal reasons and have just completed 3 sessions back. When I wasn't training I only ate breakfast and a big main meal and a snack if I was hungry.

Now, I'm eating loads, I don't count calories, For example:

Breakfast: yogurt, granola, fruit and almond butter

Lunch: beef kebabs & wedges

Snack: breakfast bar

Evening meal: 2x tuna steaks, green beans and potatoes

Snack: ice lolly and sweet-chilli crisps

Plenty of water

AND I COULD STILL EAT ANOTHER MEAL!

How do I regulate my hunger because at the moment, I don't know what to do 🤣 any advice would be great
