I'm very new to prepping but since it seems the world is going to 💩 I want to make sure me, my partner and especially my children are set up for any emergencies or events that might happen.
Other than the obvious water, food, medication/first aid and some form of power, what are your must have items?
I have taken famotidine and cetirizine for my last two cycles and it worked absolute wonders for me, im like a different person, im not exhausted all the time, im not depressed and moody, and I've not cried once which is unbelievable for me, im usually a wreck for two weeks of the month. Funnily enough the only pmdd symtom its not worked on for me is my awful luteal phase silent refulx.
But its delaying my period, last month i was just a few days late but this month theres no sign of it at all and im usually very regular, has anyone else had this? Should I stop taking it the day im due so my period comes or will it eventually settle down and become regular again?
