Is this claim from 2K Support regarding WWE 2K26 actually true???

I've been going back and forth with 2K support regarding their claim that entrances in WWE 2K26 are 60fps when they are actually only 30fps. This is supposedly part of the Pro Enhancement that they are claiming for the PS5 Pro. Im no technical guru so I'm wondering if this claim that I have to take it up with Sony is true or just complete BS and they are passing the buck. Would love to hear some opinions on this.

Interesting email from 2K Games regarding PS5 Pro Enhancements

I emailed 2k support again regarding the fuzzy turnbuckles and overall graphics while playing My Faction on the PS5 Pro. I happened to mention that there's a PS5 Pro Enhanced label for WWE 2K26. I have not been able to find anything stating what actually makes it Pro Enhanced. Well, Juliana with 2K support is claiming that the Pro should have fluid 60fps entrances. I can confirm this has never been the case from day one with 2k26. Can anyone else with a PS5 Pro confirm or deny this claim?
