Trying to use LOOKUP and it keeps getting the wrong answer?

Made a recipe checker for Grimshire but LOOKUP is saying the wrong answer for some recipes.

Recipe: Cheesy Roasted Vegetables Fried Fish Cheesy Flatbread
Ingredient 1 Cheese Flour #N/A
Ingredient 2 Vegetable Cheese #N/A
Ingredient 3 - Vegetable #N/A
Ingredient 4 - Herb #N/A
Yep, that's right. Nope, that's Cheesy Flatbread Not working at all.

The other parts work fine, including conditional drop-down boxes & conditional data ranges. It's just Picky Princess Lookup that doesn't.

I'll probably end up doing IF(OR(B1="Recipe1",B1="Recipe2",etc),"IngredientA",

IF(OR(B1="Recipe3",B1="Recipe4"),"IngredientB"

That's what I considered doing 7 hours ago, but I wanted to learn how to do it properly. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

How should do I do the proper way here?

Edit: I don't see a "Solved" flair, so I guess I have to use "Self-Solved". Let me know if I've got it wrong.

Almonds in a blender can make flour or butter?

I've seen recipes for both almond flour & almond butter saying to put them in a blender. Both said 'till it's done' instead of using a time measurement. What's the difference between the two processes?
