Severe Lag near the dock on the NW teleport island - Genisis

Is anyone else experiencing severe frame drops on this dock at the NW island (16, 20)? It's where HLNA takes you if you choose the NW ocean telportation zone. I'm going from over 100fps down to 15-20 when I stand on the wooden dock. It gradually gets better the further I walk away from it.

Bonus issue: I'm also curious if anyone else has play-doh rocks everywhere? Folliage looks totally normal, but any rocks have basically no texture on them.

Any mods that focus on more realistic creature behavior?

Does anyone know of a mod that pushes dino behaviour to be a little more realistic?

I used to use Satisfied Dinos, but it seems to no longer work. It did the bare minimum of adding a hunger cooldown to predators. Anything that pushes things further than that is, of course, welcome. Herding behaviours would be super cool.
